They look attractive and provide both privacy and security for residents and also offer screening for areas such as bin stores and storage areas.

Hit and Miss Timber

Timber Hit and Miss fences are much the same as close-boarded fences. The only difference is the boards have a gap between. Hit and Miss fences still provide privacy, screening and security. The gap between the boards helps to reduce the load on the fence and enables scope for more design elements.

Post and Rail Fencing

Post and rail fencing can be seen throughout the country as boundary demarcation or as a stock fence.

Post and Rail can be installed to Highways Specification for use on major road schemes as below. This fence is also used for equestrian an agricultural applications and provides a safe enclosure for horses and livestock.

Timber knee rail is an ideal fence for a low level barrier to prevent vehicle access or as a demarcation fence. They require painting or staining to fully protect them. Several options are available for the drive gates including convex tops , regal tops and arch tops as well as a spindle top option.
